National Sales Support Analyst – Pricing & Data

Job summary

Lion is offering a 12-month secondee role for a Senior National Support Analyst within the Independents team, centralising pricing, promotional activity, planning data and sales support to empower commercial decisions across Australia.

You will manage pricing accuracy, CPI pricing and wholesaler requirements, collaborating with Sales and internal systems, while focusing on process improvement and building your Lion network.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with XLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Experience working with data, systems and operational processes.
• Good commercial understanding and an interest in pricing and promotional activity.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to understand the downstream impact of changes.
• Confidence building relationships and working closely with Sales teams and other stakeholders.
• A proactive, forward-thinking approach with an interest in continuous improvement.
• Ability to prioritise, delegate and guide others to deliver.

Responsibilities

• Supporting promotional and core pricing activity, including CPI pricing and wholesaler requirements.
• Managing and maintaining accurate pricing, trade spend and planning information.
• Working across wholesale portals and internal systems to support effective execution.
• Partnering closely with Sales, Customer Support and other teams to resolve issues and keep activity moving.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce duplication and strengthen ways of working.
• Providing guidance, prioritisation and support to analyst workflows.
• Using data and reporting to support commercial decisions.
