Lion is seeking a fixed-term, part-time Administrator for our Supply Planning team in Sydney. The role spans about 30 hours across four or five days and focuses on keeping planning processes, reporting and supplier activity moving smoothly.

You'll process invoices, prepare regular supply planning reports and S&OP decks, update delivery dates, coordinate with suppliers and warehouses and support purchase orders, using information from the planning team.

Qualificações

• Organised and detail-oriented administrative experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with numbers and information.
• Clear communication with a range of stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices and reconciliations on time and accurately.
• Prepare regular supply planning reports and S&OP decks.
• Update delivery dates and planning information across systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses and internal teams.
• Support purchase orders and order placement.
• Maintain accurate records and keep admin processes moving.
