Job summary

Entoura is seeking an experienced medicinal cannabis MSL to lead the NSW and QLD territory with strategic plans and strong scientific credibility. You will educate prescribers and pharmacists, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and drive product awareness and growth across Sydney, Brisbane and beyond.

You will translate clinical evidence into engaging education, conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings, and analyse territory performance to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as an MSL in the Australian medicinal cannabis industry.

• Strong understanding of cannabinoid pharmacology and prescribing environment.

Job description

Sydney or Brisbane based position. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced medicinal cannabis MSL who combines strong scientific and product knowledge with commercial acumen and a proactive approach to territory management. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of your territory, developing relationships with prescribers, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to drive product awareness, education and business growth. You will think strategically, analyse territory performance, identify opportunities and translate insights into effective field activities.

Key responsibilities

Take ownership of the NSW and QLD territory, developing and executing strategic territory business plans.

Analyse prescribing trends, pharmacy sales data and territory performance to identify opportunities for growth.

Develop and implement targeted sales strategies and tactics to achieve territory objectives.

Identify, prioritise and engage high‑potential prescribers, pharmacies and healthcare networks.

Monitor competitor activity, market trends and emerging opportunities.

Maintain accurate CRM records, customer insights and activity reporting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurse practitioners, pharmacists and other relevant healthcare professionals.

Deliver engaging, scientifically accurate product presentations and educational discussions.

Educate prescribers and pharmacists on cannabinoid pharmacology, mechanisms of action, product differentiation and relevant clinical evidence.

Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, virtual consultations, pharmacy visits and educational sessions.

About you

Previous experience working as an MSL in the Australian medicinal cannabis industry is essential.

Demonstrated experience engaging with medicinal cannabis prescribers, pharmacies and healthcare professionals.

Strong understanding of medicinal cannabis products, cannabinoid pharmacology and the Australian prescribing environment.

Proven ability to manage and grow a geographical sales territory.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective territory strategies.

Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.

Self‑motivated, organised and comfortable working autonomously.

Experience using CRM systems and managing customer engagement activities.

Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout NSW and QLD.
