Job summary

ADM Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated National Sales Manager to lead the ANZ Feed Additives and Ingredient business, focusing on Poultry/Monogastric products and a network across Australia and New Zealand.

You will act as the sales and technical support contact, develop account plans, coordinate trials, and represent ADM at meetings and exhibitions to grow the customer base and strengthen brand capabilities.

Qualifications

• University degree in Animal Science, Agriculture or similar field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Animal feed ingredients, feed additives or animal health products.
• Existing network within Australia and New Zealand highly regarded.
• Customer solution focus, whilst strategically thinking out of the box.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Passion for winning and exceeding expectations.
• Positive, can-do attitude with open minded approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Sales/Technical support functions to the ADM customers regarding ADM Animal Nutrition’s Feed Additives and Ingredients.
• Coordinate trials and research activity that strengthen Brand and product validation capabilities within the ANZ Market.
• Responsible for the sales, service and new business development of the ADM Animal Nutrition portfolio to existing and new customers/industries in the Australian & New Zealand (ANZ) markets.
• Preparation of account plans and call reports utilizing ADM CRM to keep records of work/transactions to ensure compliance.
• Professionally represent ADM at meetings, exhibitions, seminars and other events as required by Management; manage ADM’s image and reputation in the Animal Nutrition industry.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone to continue to grow and drive our ANZ Feed Additives and Ingredient business, through our portfolio of Pancosma ingredients which include Organic trace mineral, organic acids and yeast to name a few. As a highly motivated, experienced and a driven National Sales Manager, you will drive the current business but also develop new business through your Technical expertise across all species but with a main focus on Poultry/Monogastric. Further to this but not limited to;

Act as the Sales/ Technical support functions to the ADM customers regarding ADM Animal Nutrition’s Feed Additives and Ingredients

Understand the technical product specifics of the ADM Animal Nutrition portfolio and its main applications.

Coordinate if needed Trial & Research activity that strengthens Brand and product validation Capabilities within the ANZ Market.

Responsible for the sales, service and new business development of the ADM Animal Nutrition portfolio to the existing and new customers/industries in the Australian & New Zealand (ANZ) markets

Preparation of account plans and call reports when required, utilising ADM CRM to keep comprehensive records of all work / transactions to ensure compliance

What you bring to the position
