Job summary

Saxbys Soft Drinks in Australia seeks an accomplished sales professional to lead national distributor accounts and promote Saxbys' brands. You will optimise opportunities, negotiate discounts, and ensure targets and customer satisfaction are met across online and retail channels.

Key focus areas include pricing strategy partnerships, promotional programs, and close collaboration with the CEO and Grocery Manager to drive growth and brand visibility nationwide.

• Strong negotiation and strategic thinking for pricing and promotions.
• Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage national distributor accounts and grow existing and new business.
• Field work with distributors including negotiating new business.
• Coordinate with Grocery Manager on pricing and strategy outcomes.
• Create promotional programs and offers for retailers and distributors.
• Keep marketing and sales materials up to date and relevant.
• Provide clear communication and processes to Saxbys team to execute objectives.
• Provide sales strategy and KPI feedback to the direct sales team.
• Coordinate internal and external sales resources to implement objectives.
• Maintain price lists and products in Encompass and customer materials.
• Regularly call distribution partners and plan new initiatives at least biannually.
• Work with the CEO to set budget targets and adjust strategies as needed.
