ONCALL | SACARE is seeking a strategic Quality, Systems & Audit Manager to lead quality, compliance, audit and safeguarding across the organisation, driving governance and continuous improvement on a national scale.

Reporting to the National Manager - Clinical Governance, Quality & Safeguards, you will oversee audits, risk management, policy development and safeguarding initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders to foster a culture of quality and accountability.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Quality, Compliance, Auditing, Governance or related discipline
• Experience in a similar quality, audit or compliance leadership role
• Strong knowledge of NDIS and other regulatory/ accreditation frameworks
• Experience managing audits, risk management systems and compliance reporting
• Proven ability to develop, review and implement policies and procedures
• Experience managing complaints, incidents and safeguarding requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to influence, engage and work with stakeholders at all levels

Responsabilités

• Audit, Risk & Compliance: lead internal audit programs across departments
• Coordinate external accreditation and compliance audits
• Monitor compliance against NDIS, legislative and regulatory requirements
• Develop, review and maintain policies, procedures and work instructions; manage risk, incidents and complaints reporting frameworks
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions
• Provide detailed quality, compliance and risk reporting to Executive
• Support the Board Audit & Risk Sub-Committee
• Oversee WHS compliance and monitoring activities
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor accreditation performance
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities for organisational improvement
• Develop systems and processes that support quality service delivery
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
• Lead, mentor and develop the national quality team
• Build relationships across operations and corporate functions
• Provide training, coaching and guidance on compliance requirements
• Promote safeguarding principles and quality frameworks
