ONCALL | SACARE is seeking a Quality, Systems & Audit Manager to lead our quality, compliance, audit and safeguarding functions across the organisation. You will drive accreditation readiness, policy development and risk management with a national scope.

Reporting to the National Manager - Clinical Governance, Quality & Safeguards, you will collaborate with senior leaders to foster a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in quality, compliance, auditing or governance.
• Proven experience in a similar quality, audit or compliance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS and relevant regulatory/accreditation frameworks.
• Experience managing audits, risk management systems and compliance reporting.
• Ability to develop, review and implement policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the national quality team and governance programs.
• Manage internal and external audits, risk and incident reporting.
• Coordinate accreditation and compliance audits across service areas.
• Monitor compliance with NDIS, legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, review and maintain policies and work instructions.
• Provide quality, compliance and risk reporting to Executive Leadership and the Board.
• Oversee workplace health and safety compliance and monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement and accountability across the organisation.
