Job summary

One Harvest is seeking a Maintenance Project Manager to deliver maintenance and capital projects across our national operations in Australia. You will manage projects from scoping to handover, build business cases, select equipment, coordinate installation and commissioning, and ensure safety, quality and cost targets are met.

You’ll partner with site managers, reliability and operations teams, procurement and vendors, while travelling interstate as required to support sites and drive

Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance, engineering or capital projects in manufacturing.
• Experience delivering projects from installation to handover.
• Ability to prepare business cases and perform basic ROI analysis.
• Project management certification preferred.
• FMCG or food manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end maintenance and capital projects from scoping to handover.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Prepare business cases and capital requests with ROI analysis.
• Define equipment requirements and selection criteria.
• Ensure new equipment is safe, reliable and easy to maintain.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors and track risks and budgets.
• Support site master plans and five-year capital plans.
• Ensure safety standards and safe work method statements.
• Identify improvements to lift throughput and reduce energy use.
