Gold Coast Primary Health Network (GCPHN) invites applications for the role of Program Coordinator - National Improvement Network Collaborative (NINCo). The role focuses on coordinating national programs that strengthen quality improvement capability across PHNs, with a national impact on healthcare delivery.

You will lead projects, learning programs and governance activities, ensuring resources and tools remain current and evidence‑based in line with primary care reform priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multi‑stakeholder programs.
• Understanding of continuous quality improvement in primary health care.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver NINCo programs and initiatives across the national PHN network.
• Lead learning programs, governance activities and performance reporting.
• Engage diverse stakeholders to support program delivery and improvement.
• Monitor outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Prepare governance reports and stakeholder updates for senior audiences.
