Gold Coast Health seeks a Nurse Project Manager (Professional Practice - Projects) to lead projects that build workforce capability and nursing practice excellence. The role focuses on advanced practice, project coordination, and sustainable improvements within a large health system.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Board of Australia.
Evidence of vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B.
Tuberculosis screening to assess TB vaccination requirement.
Declaration of serious discipline history may be required.
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH covers cost).

Responsibilities

Demonstrate advanced application of project and change management to improve nursing practice.
Manage small to large scale quality projects addressing clinical and professional needs.
Develop project business cases, plans, progress and closure reports for stakeholders.
