Job summary

Gold Coast Primary Health Network (GCPHN) is seeking a Program Coordinator for the National Improvement Network Collaborative (NINCo). Based in Robina, QLD, you will coordinate the work program, support PHNs to build quality improvement capability, and lead national initiatives to improve primary care across Australia.

You will manage governance, performance reporting and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring resources and tools stay current with national reform priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder programs or projects across organisations/jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of continuous quality improvement in primary health care.
• Proven capability in governance reporting and translating data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver NINCo programs, projects and initiatives.
• Lead capability-building activities and develop learning resources.
• Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
