Job summary

Ampcontrol is seeking a Project Administration Team Lead to guide our national administration function within the HV Field Services Division. You will lead a diverse team, ensuring accurate, timely support across multiple states and a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.

In this role you will streamline critical workflows, document best practices, champion digital tools, and support transformational initiatives that improve efficiency, cost control and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading administration teams in an industrial, manufacturing or service-based environment.
• Proven ability to document processes and develop clear procedures and documentation.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a national administration team of 10–15 professionals.
• Drive efficient delivery of key administrative processes (invoicing, timesheets, PO, job cost allocation).
• Support financial performance through reporting, KPI monitoring and cost controls.
• Improve and document processes to drive consistency, compliance and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate fleet, travel and accommodation requirements across the division.
• Provide high-level administrative support to the HV Field Services Manager.
