Job summary

Mable, a leading Australian healthtech platform, seeks a commercially minded People leader to drive People Operations, HR Services and HR Technology. You will shape a modern, scalable operating model delivering exceptional employee experiences while enabling growth and transformation.

Sitting within the People & Culture leadership team, you will oversee governance with Legal and the GM - People, drive workforce insights, automate processes, mentor a team, and partner with senior leaders to

Qualifications

• Significant leadership across People Ops or HR Services.
• Hands-on HRIS experience, including migrations.
• Excel analytic capability for board-level reporting.
• Experience delivering service delivery and process improvements.
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Analytical mindset using workforce data to influence decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Collaborative leadership and team development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the People Operations and Technology roadmap.
• Mature people services and shared services capabilities.
• Drive process simplification, automation and digital transformation.
• Enhance people systems, reporting and workforce data capabilities.
• Partner with senior leaders to improve organisational effectiveness.
• Build a high-performing team and foster continuous improvement.
