In this hands-on role you will manage high-volume recruitment across frontline customer service and administration positions, delivering a responsive and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or agency environments in a fast-paced setup.
• Ability to recruit frontline roles like customer service, reception, administration or retail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume frontline vacancies at our clinics.
• Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to clarify role requirements and selection criteria.
• Develop clear, engaging job advertisements and select effective sourcing channels.
• Proactively source candidates and maintain talent pools.
• Review applications, conduct screening interviews and coordinate assessments.
• Provide timely advice to hiring managers and support fair selection.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and deliver a positive experience.
• Prepare offers, complete pre-employment checks and support onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment records and monitor vacancy metrics.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes while maintaining quality.
