Sandhurst Fine Foods is a leading Australian foodservice supplier delivering premium Mediterranean-inspired products to distributors and national customers. We seek an experienced National Foodservice Sales Manager to lead strategy, growth and a national team across Australia.

You will drive market share, manage budgets and margins, and strengthen key national accounts while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to ensure stock availability and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven senior sales leadership experience in foodservice.
• Experience leading national sales teams and managing a multi-state footprint.
• Strong strategic planning and budgeting capabilities.
• Ability to develop and execute growth plans across channels.
• Leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop national strategy and growth plans across all states.
• Lead, coach and develop the national sales team including State Managers and Account Managers.
• Own budgets, targets and gross margins; monitor performance and take corrective actions.
• Drive major national accounts and strategic partnerships with distributors and end-user customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Marketing, Operations and Finance to support growth and forecasts.
• Provide regular reporting on national sales performance, progress and risks.
