Job summary

Buildability Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Account Manager to own a national FM portfolio and lead performance from their Melbourne CBD base. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering exposure to key client relationships and strategic service delivery across a national portfolio.

You will manage contractual commitments, drive service excellence and oversee financial performance with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

Proven experience within the Facilities Management industry.
Experience managing FM contracts, client accounts or service delivery portfolios.
Strong understanding of facilities maintenance operations.
Experience managing SLAs, KPIs and contractual obligations.
Strong commercial understanding including budgets and expenditure.

Responsibilities

Managing and strengthening key client relationships across a national FM portfolio.
Acting as the primary escalation point for contractual, operational and service-related matters.
Monitoring contract performance against SLAs, KPIs and agreed service commitments.
Preparing monthly client reports covering financial and operational performance.
Managing client budgets, expenditure and cost efficiencies.
Supporting invoicing processes and resolving financial discrepancies.
Leading and supporting operational teams to deliver agreed outcomes.
Monitoring compliance, safety and risk requirements across client engagements.
