• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the facilities function.

As National Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will lead the maintenance operations and facilities services function across a large multi-site portfolio, ensuring assets are maintained safely, efficiently and cost-effectively while delivering a high level of service to stakeholders. Managing a small team, you will oversee contractor performance, compliance programs, maintenance delivery and operational budgets, while identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance service standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
