Job summary

Splend is seeking a Maintenance Controller to keep our fleet safe, compliant, and on the road from our Aldgate Office. You will coordinate approved maintenance activities, manage service communications, and actively reduce downtime by maintaining an accurate VOR list.

You will engage with suppliers, internal teams, and workshops to ensure maintenance is completed on time, within budget, and to manufacturers' guidelines, supporting fleet operations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet maintenance or automotive operations coordination.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solution-focused with a customer mindset.

Responsibilities

• Answer supplier calls and emails, negotiate work and approve costs within budgets.
• Generate reports and coordinate with teams to ensure on-time servicing per guidelines.
• Maintain and reduce Vehicle Off Road (VOR) list and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with workshops and internal teams to complete maintenance efficiently.
