Bullivants Pty Ltd. is seeking a Lead Facilities Excellence to anchor our national facilities portfolio and support operational performance across 18 branches.

You will lead multi-site management of warehouses, manufacturing sites and operational facilities, ensuring safety, compliance and efficiency while partnering with operations, property and external stakeholders. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the role focuses on strategic planning, capital projects, budgeting and continuous

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities, operations, engineering or property management.
• Multi-site experience within industrial, warehouse, manufacturing or logistics environments.
• Strong contractor, supplier and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience delivering maintenance, relocation, construction or capital projects.
• Sound knowledge of WHS, contractor compliance and risk management requirements.
• Experience using facilities management or maintenance scheduling systems.
• Strong commercial acumen, budgeting and negotiation skills.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel nationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities, buildings, plant and grounds across the national Bullivants branch network.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs, repairs, compliance inspections and contractor management.
• Oversee landlord, lease and property management relationships, ensuring all obligations are met.
• Drive branch relocations, expansions, upgrades, warehouse optimisation and capital projects.
• Manage the lifecycle of mobile equipment fleets, including servicing, replacement and disposal.
• Ensure all facilities activities meet WHS, environmental and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and manage capital expenditure budgets, forecasts and facilities-related spend.
• Negotiate and manage contractors, suppliers and service providers to deliver value and performance.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across facilities, equipment and operational processes.
