Job summary

Bullivants Pty Ltd. seeks a senior facilities leader to oversee the national network of warehouses, plants and offices. You will own strategic and operational management, driving safety, compliance, spend controls and continuous improvement across 18 sites.

You will partner with operations, property and external stakeholders to deliver capital projects, relocations and efficiency gains while ensuring risk is managed and facilities remain fit for purpose.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, operations, engineering or property management.
• Multi-site experience in industrial, warehouse, manufacturing or logistics environments.
• Strong contractor, supplier and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience delivering maintenance, relocation, construction or capital projects.
• Sound knowledge of WHS, contractor compliance and risk management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities, buildings, plant and grounds across 18-branch national network.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs, repairs, compliance inspections and contractor management.
• Oversee landlord, lease and property management relationships; meet obligations.
• Drive branch relocations, expansions, upgrades, and warehouse optimisation; manage capital projects.
• Manage lifecycle of mobile equipment fleets; servicing, replacement and disposal.
• Ensure all facilities activities meet WHS, environmental and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and manage capital expenditure budgets, forecasts and facilities spend.
• Negotiate and manage contractors, suppliers and service providers.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement across facilities and processes.

Job description

Lead Facilities Excellence Across a National Industrial Network taking ownership of our national facilities portfolio and playing a critical role in supporting operational performance, safety and future growth.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you'll lead the strategic and operational management of facilities across 18 branches nationally, ensuring our warehouses, manufacturing sites and operational facilities remain safe, compliant, efficient and fit for purpose. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with operations, property, compliance and external stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Manage facilities, buildings, plant and grounds across the national Bullivants branch network.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs, repairs, compliance inspections and contractor management.
• Oversee landlord, lease and property management relationships, ensuring all obligations are met.
• Drive branch relocations, expansions, upgrades, warehouse optimisation and capital projects.
• Manage the lifecycle of mobile equipment fleets, including servicing, replacement and disposal.

We're looking for someone who:

• Proven experience in facilities, operations, engineering or property management.
• Multi-site experience within industrial, warehouse, manufacturing or logistics environments.
• Strong contractor, supplier and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience delivering maintenance, relocation, construction or capital projects.
• Sound knowledge of WHS, contractor compliance and risk management requirements.
• Experience using facilities management or maintenance scheduling systems.
• Strong commercial acumen, budgeting and negotiation skills.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel nationally as required.
