Job summary

Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission in Sydney seeks an APS6 Supervisor to lead the National Operations Enablement & Support Services for Exhibits staff nationwide. The role focuses on resource allocation to support ACIC projects and exhibits operations, reporting to the Assistant Director.

You will mentor staff, ensure policy compliance, and drive governance improvements while coordinating national reviews and system enhancements for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship is required.
• Security clearance at Negative Vetting Level 1 is required.
• Pre-Employment Screening (OSA) will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and mentoring of Exhibits Registrars and support staff nationally.
• Ensure compliance with Exhibits Policy and Procedures and related legislation.
• Assist in management of compliance and governance, including policy updates and reporting.
• Coordinate work for the national team, including planning a national review of legacy exhibits.
• Assist in reviewing the National Exhibits Management (NEM) system and project work for system enhancements.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to address operational and exhibits requirements at Senior levels.
• Update guidelines and procedures; support the broader National Operations Enablement and Support Services team.
• Undertake project work and coordinate other operational support functions as required.
