• Previous experience in Practice Management or supervisory role.
• Dental industry experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the daily operations of a four-chair dental clinic.
• Supporting clinical and administrative team members.
• Managing appointment schedules and maintaining efficient patient flow.
• Ensuring patients receive a welcoming and professional experience.
• Overseeing practice administration and daily operational processes.
• Working closely with Dentists to maintain smooth clinical workflows.
• Addressing staff and patient enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
