ADF Careers is seeking an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to support the Australian Defence Force recruitment engagement. You will assist with planning and coordinating a range of events, delivering plans and roadmaps to maximise national exposure.

Reporting to the Events Team Leader, you will manage event logistics, communications, registrations, and post-event reporting, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and a focus on candidate experience.

Formación

• Minimum 3-5 years event experience within the events field.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional relationship building capability.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities.
• Customer-centric and energetic approach to work.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning and coordination of events and engagement per strategy.
• Plan, coordinate, administer and deliver events including roadmaps.
• Communicate event requirements including travel and service providers.
• Handle high-volume administrative processes for event delivery.
• Occasional onsite attendance to oversee event delivery and setup.
