Moir Group, a well-established ASX-listed leader in the infrastructure and construction sector, is seeking a National Credit Manager to lead the credit, collections and working capital function, reporting to the CFO.

The role focuses on protecting working capital, improving cash conversion, governance and partnering with operational leaders to support sustainable growth. You will develop policy, mentor a national team and drive system optimisation across ERP platforms.

Qualificações

• Experience leading credit and collections at a national level.
• Knowledge of credit risk, working capital and governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and PPSR requirements.
• Advanced Excel and ERP literacy across multiple platforms.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the national credit and collections function across the business.
• Manage customer credit risk, approvals and credit limit governance.
• Drive collections performance and cash conversion initiatives.
• Deliver debtor day targets while minimising bad debts and write-offs.
• Partner with Sales, Operations and Executive Leadership to balance opportunities with prudent risk.
• Oversee credit policy, compliance, authorities and governance frameworks.
• Prepare Board and Executive reporting on working capital and credit exposure.
• Lead process improvement, automation and system optimisation across ERP platforms.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing national credit team.
