Perigon Group in Sydney's Western Suburbs is seeking an experienced National Credit Manager to own the receivables strategy across multiple entities. You will set credit policy, govern risk, and drive cash collection performance.

You'll lead a nationwide team, interface with commercial and senior leadership, and ensure regulatory compliance while optimizing working capital and ERP-enabled processes. WFH 2-3 days per week and on-site parking are provided.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as National Credit Manager or senior credit leader.
• Proven track record building credit policies and risk frameworks across multiple entities.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation abilities with advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Own receivables and credit strategy company-wide, setting direction for extension and recovery of trade credit.
• Assess customer creditworthiness, approve new accounts, and manage exposure limits.
• Improve cash collection outcomes and accelerate the order-to-cash cycle.
• Hit days-sales-outstanding goals while minimizing bad debts and losses.
• Collaborate with commercial, operational and senior leadership to align revenue growth with risk controls.
• Maintain the credit policy framework with regulatory adherence and clear approval hierarchies.
• Produce senior-level and board reporting on cash flow, receivables, collections and exposure.
• Champion efficiency by streamlining workflows and refining finance systems and ERP tools.
• Build, coach and develop a national team of credit professionals.
