Job summary

Homes & Granny Flats is seeking a National Dealer & Reseller Development Manager to build and scale our nationwide partner network across Australia. You will identify opportunities, vet partners, negotiate terms and onboard resellers into our growing construction business.

This role requires strong relationship skills, a track record in channel sales or dealer networks, and willingness to travel regionally to establish new partnerships and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealer, reseller, distributor or franchise network development.
• Ability to walk into businesses and establish relationships.
• Travel across regional and metro Australia.
• Strong organization and follow-through to keep CRM updated.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national reseller recruitment and expansion strategy across Australia.
• Identify and engage potential partners across regional and metro locations.
• Evaluate enquiries, visit sites, and determine suitable partner models (Referral Partner, Sales Agent, Display Dealer, Branch Partner, Wholesale).
• Onboard best applicants, train and activate in CRM, and ensure they start selling.
• Maintain ongoing partner relations, review performance, and flag underperformers.
