O'Brien Glass Industries Limited is seeking a National Business Development Manager - Commercial Vehicles on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the growth of a national portfolio. You will manage the full lifecycle from identifying opportunities to contract negotiations, with a focus on large B2B relationships and revenue growth.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Partnerships, this role demands strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and collaboration with senior leaders across functions

Qualifications

• You'll be a commercially astute business development professional with strong experience managing large customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
• You'll bring: 10+ years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Experience working with large B2B customers and commercial contracts.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national sales strategy for the Commercial Vehicles portfolio.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
• Lead tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, revenue, and margin performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Act as the primary commercial contact for national accounts.
