Job summary

EvaKool, a 30-year Australian brand known for 12V refrigeration and cooling, seeks a hunter for a national sales role. Victoria-based with interstate travel, you’ll own the number, build a fresh pipeline, and drive growth in untapped markets for a trusted national name.

This role offers $120,000–$150,000 base, super, uncapped commission, tools of trade, and direct access to leadership as you expand EvaKool’s footprint nationwide.

Qualifications

• Track record of hunting and closing new business.
• Strong pitching and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfort with heavy outbound activity and travel.

Responsibilities

• Hunting and converting new business across untapped markets and channels, from OEM and fit-out partners to NFPs, mining, trade industries, corporate gifting and mass retail-scale accounts.
• Retaining and growing EvaKool's existing trade and touring customer base while you build new ones.
• Building compelling pitch decks and commercial proposals, then presenting them to anyone from a workshop floor to a boardroom.
• Running your own outbound pipeline end to end: prospecting, cold outreach, appointment setting, negotiation and close.
• Getting out to trade shows and expos around the country as part of the team on the ground rather than the face of the stand.
• Owning your number, and reporting on pipeline, conversion and revenue against target.
