Job summary

Altrad Australia is hiring a National Manager – Business Development to lead the Strategy & Growth agenda from Subiaco. You will drive national BD strategy, grow order intake, and oversee a team of Regional Business Development Managers across core service lines and markets.

You will shape opportunities, build key client partnerships, and guide governance of the opportunity pipeline while collaborating with Pre-Contracts, Estimating and Operations for winning tenders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business development, strategic growth or a senior commercial role.
• Strong business acumen and commercial judgement.
• Deep understanding of industrial services markets and Altrad’s sectors.
• Proven record leading and developing a BD team and major client relationships.
• Advanced negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Altrad Australia’s national BD strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Provide leadership to Regional Business Development Managers with clear objectives and KPIs.
• Identify and pursue high‑value opportunities and build client relationships.
• Lead the national pipeline, ensure forecasting accuracy and governance.
• Collaborate with Pre-Contracts, Estimating and Proposals to reflect client needs and strategy.
