Sodexo is actively seeking a Business Development Executive to drive strategic initiatives and optimise the sales process across the East Coast and nationally in Australia. The role will lead BD projects spanning facilities management, catering and industrial services, converting pipeline opportunities into signed contracts at scale.

You will own complex tender processes end-to-end, including pricing, risk assessment, governance and negotiations, while coordinating with Leadership to align on

Qualifications

• 5 years’ executive-level BD leadership experience.
• Proven track record in converting pipeline to signed contracts.
• Strong bid management and pricing negotiation capability.

Responsabilités

• Establish strategic BD initiatives across East Coast and national markets.
• Lead BD projects across facilities management, catering and industrial services.
• Own end-to-end tender processes including pricing and governance.
• Align with Operations, Finance and Leadership on pursuit strategy.
• Develop and execute the 3-year BD plan for ANZ.
• Build networks across Energy & Resources, Education, Health sectors.
