Zusammenfassung

Sodexo is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive strategic BD initiatives across Australia and potentially New Zealand, building a robust sales pipeline and leading cross-functional teams in facilities management, catering and industrial services.

You will own end-to-end tender processes, align with Finance, Operations and leadership, and identify profitable opportunities while contributing to marketing and product development. A senior leadership presence is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Proven East Coast or national sales leadership in facilities management, catering or industrial services.
• End-to-end bid management experience including pricing, risk and governance.
• Established client and industry network in Energy & Resources, Education, Health or adjacent sectors.
• Strong internal stakeholder management and executive influencing capability.
• CRM software proficiency and data-driven relationship management.

Aufgaben

• Establish strategic business development initiatives.
• Lead East Coast and national BD projects across facilities management, catering and industrial services; convert pipeline into signed contracts.
• Own complex, multi-stakeholder tender and bid processes end-to-end, including pricing, risk, governance and negotiation.
• Ensure compliance with all business initiatives and present opportunities to senior leadership.
• Influence Operations, Finance and leadership on pursuit strategy and investment decisions.
• Identify, generate, and close sales and new business opportunities.
• Contribute to new product development and to the marketing strategy and BD plans.
• Provide leadership and training on new lines of business to management and staff.
