Kuehne+Nagel Australia is seeking a National Air Logistics Pricing Manager to shape commercial decisions and drive growth. You will standardise pricing processes nationwide, guide tender responses, and foster strong customer partnerships while ensuring profitability within a fast-paced environment.

Working with customers, sales teams, product experts and global stakeholders, you will transform market intelligence into competitive pricing strategies aligned with local and global objectives,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in freight forwarding/logistics operations, with Air Logistics experience highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen to develop pricing strategies, manage tenders, and balance customer needs with business objectives.
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence decision-makers and build trusted relationships.

Responsabilités

• Drive commercial success: Develop and execute pricing strategies to support growth and profitability across Air Logistics.
• Become a trusted advisor: Partner with customers, sales teams, and stakeholders throughout the engagement cycle.
• Lead strategic tenders: Support complex tenders and proposals while engaging in customer discussions as needed.
• Drive pricing excellence: Establish and maintain national rate management processes from engagement to invoicing.
• Collaborate across the business: Align pricing strategy with sales, operations, and global stakeholders.
