Job summary

Toll Group in Australia is seeking an Air Freight Assistant Manager - Pricing to join our Air Freight Procurement team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is analytical, commercially minded and eager to develop expertise in air freight pricing and procurement.

Working closely with airline partners and internal stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand, you’ll play a key role in managing carrier rates, maintaining pricing data and supporting commercial decision-making

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline is desirable.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical and data management capability.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyse and maintain airline rates and commercial agreements.
Manage pricing data and ensure rate management systems remain accurate and up to date.
Build strong relationships with airlines, cargo agents and internal stakeholders.
Support procurement activities, carrier negotiations and tender responses with market insights and data analysis.
Prepare pricing, procurement and market performance reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, reporting accuracy and commercial outcomes.
