Job summary

BlueScope Building Components in Minchinbury, NSW, is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join the National Sales Team on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Sales Effectiveness Lead, you will support national accounts and coordinate across sales, customer service, marketing and broader business functions.

You’ll manage CRM/ERP and customer portal systems, prepare reports and provide accurate information to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service, account support, or a similar commercial environment.
• Strong digital and systems capability with CRM, ERP and customer portal systems.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with initiative for solutions.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation with an adaptable, continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate national account requirements with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor customer orders, delivery performance and service requirements, and follow up on issues.
• Investigate and coordinate resolution of customer claims and invoicing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate information across CRM, ERP, e-commerce and customer portal systems.
• Prepare reports, presentations and materials for sales teams, leadership and customer engagements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and working methods with practical solutions.
