Job summary

BlueScope Building Components is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join the National Sales team in Minchinbury, NSW. This permanent full-time role partners with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

You will coordinate orders, monitor delivery performance, investigate discrepancies, and maintain CRM/ERP data while supporting reporting and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service, account support, administration or a similar commercial environment.
• Strong digital and systems capability; comfortable navigating Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and customer portal systems.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build credible relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate national account requirements and deliver customer commitments.
• Monitor customer orders, delivery performance and service requirements, proactively following through on issues and actions.
• Investigate and coordinate the resolution of customer claims, invoicing discrepancies and other account-related enquiries.
• Manage and maintain accurate information across CRM, ERP, e-commerce and customer portal systems.
• Prepare reports, presentations and supporting materials for sales teams, leadership and customer engagements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, bringing forward practical solutions that support better customer and business outcomes.
