Job summary

DBG Health & Axia Beauty Group in Australia is seeking a National Account Executive to support the Woolworths account and drive growth across health, wellness, beauty and cosmetics brands.

The role is highly administrative and commercially focused, offering exposure to all aspects of account management and a clear pathway into National Account Management and potential Key Account Manager opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, sales support, or account coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Comfort with data, reporting, and Excel.
• Qualifications in Business/Commerce/Marketing advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across the Woolworths account.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasting updates, customer scorecards, promotional evaluations, and business review presentations.
• Support the execution of promotional plans, product launches, ranging activities, and pricing updates.
• Maintain customer systems, track key account activities, and coordinate internal processes to ensure seamless execution.
• Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Category and Sales teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.
• Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities and support account growth initiatives.
