Zusammenfassung

Wella Company ANZ is seeking a commercially strong Key Account Manager to lead Premium Retail accounts across Myer, David Jones, and OZ Hair & Beauty, spanning Wella Professionals, Nioxin and OPI. You will own the end-to-end customer management and P&L for these high-impact brands.

You will drive omnichannel growth, collaborate with brand teams and retailer partners, and deliver reporting, forecasting and joint business plans to achieve strong, sustainable growth.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Key Account Management (FMCG/beauty)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and translate the company/brand strategy to retailer
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence top levels across Wella and the customer organization
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven
• Flexible to travel when required

Aufgaben

• Full end-to-end customer management across Premium Retail accounts
• Own full P&L delivery and build Joint Business Plans aligned to customer and Wella objectives
• Drive omnichannel growth, in-store execution and online excellence for retail accounts
• Leverage retail media, CRM and shopper insights to drive conversion, awareness and growth across platforms
• Own the reporting and lead business reviews and commercial presentation for accounts
• Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to deliver monthly growth, forecasting and execution excellence
