Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales, account management or business development experience.
• Experience in consumer retail is highly regarded.
• Willingness to travel interstate and regionally as required to build partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key national retail partnerships for existing and emerging opportunities
• Build strong relationships with buyers, category managers and merchandise teams
• Lead negotiations on pricing, trading terms and promotions
• Partner with retail buyers to deliver insight-led range reviews to grow market share, shelf presence and digital visibility
• Manage account budgets, rebates, trade investment and customer expenditure
• Support sales forecasting and budgeting to ensure stock availability
• Develop and execute annual promotional calendars and new product launches
• Proactively plan your own work schedule and meetings across the customer portfolio
