Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of MYOB (essential).
• Comfortable with manual, hands-on data entry—no automation, so accuracy matters.
• All-round small business office skills; able to adapt to daily needs.
• Experience in a trade, construction, or building supply business highly regarded.
• Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manual data entry of supplier invoices and purchase orders in MYOB.
• Bank reconciliations and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Assisting with quoting/scheduling admin as needed.
• Occasionally covering leave for other team members (with advance notice).
