Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technical projects in electrical, industrial, infrastructure, automation, utilities or related environments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and customer-facing delivery outcomes is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of outcomes and drive solutions through to completion.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills to build trust across customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Sound judgement and decision-making when balancing technical, commercial and customer considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of medium-voltage electrification service projects across Australia.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes, priorities, schedules and customer requirements.
• Define project scope with customers and negotiate variations.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors and site resources for safe, efficient delivery.
• Ensure milestones, quality, budget targets and customer commitments are met.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
