Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Service Project Manager to lead multiple medium-voltage electrification service projects across Australia, including installations, commissioning and maintenance. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, the role balances technical delivery with customer engagement and operational execution.

You will coordinate project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technical projects in electrical, industrial, infrastructure, automation, utilities or related environments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with customer-facing delivery outcomes is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to work in hybrid remote/onsite environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of medium-voltage electrification service projects, including installations, retrofits, upgrades and maintenance activities.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes, priorities, schedules and customer requirements.
• Work closely with customers to define project scope, understand requirements, identify opportunities and negotiate variations.
• Coordinate project teams, internal stakeholders, subcontractors and site resources to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Drive adherence to project milestones, quality requirements, budget targets and customer commitments.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment, resolve issues and support successful project outcomes.
• Apply Siemens project management standards, governance requirements and compliance obligations, including EHS, tax, export control and relevant regulatory requirements.
