Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering technical projects in electrical, industrial, infrastructure, automation, utilities or related environments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, customer-facing projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to take ownership and drive solutions to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of medium-voltage electrification service projects, including installations, retrofits, upgrades and maintenance.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes, priorities, schedules and customer requirements.
• Define project scope with customers, understand requirements and negotiate variations.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors and site resources to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
• Drive milestones, quality, budget targets and customer commitments.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
