Job summary

Siemens in Melbourne invites an experienced Project Manager – Electrification & Automation to lead the delivery of medium and low voltage electrical systems and packaged solutions across utilities, renewables, mining, infrastructure and data centres.

You will own projects from requirements through design, procurement, FAT, delivery, installation and verification, coordinating customers, engineering teams, factories and suppliers to meet technical and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and/or switchgear delivery management.
• Track record of delivering projects against customer, technical, commercial and time requirements.
• Knowledge of medium and low voltage switchgear and related electrical equipment.
• Experience working with Siemens factories and/or third-party supply chains.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and stakeholders.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects from requirements clarification through to design, procurement, FAT, delivery, installation and verification.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, factories and suppliers to develop practical, technically sound solutions.
• Ensure project profitability, contract compliance, variations and change management, risk management, quality and milestones.
• Represent Siemens throughout the project lifecycle and maintain transparent reporting on performance and risks.
