Job summary

Bravus is seeking skilled mining operators for Carmichael Mine on a 7/7 roster. You’ll operate dozers and haul trucks, with opportunities for upskilling and career progression. Flights from Townsville, Rockhampton or Cairns are available, and camp, pit, and airport are nearby to minimise travel.

Applicants should have 12+ months mining experience, current Standard 11 medical, and relevant RIIs or training within the last 5 years. A team-focused, safety-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months’ mining experience operating Dozers and Haul Trucks.
• Current Standard 11 medical and a valid driver’s licence.
• RII competencies or verified training transcript from the last 5 years.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 12 months’ mining experience, confidently operating Dozers and Haul Trucks, plus experience with at least one of the following: Grader, Water Truck, Small Digger, or 980 Loader.
• Current Standard 11 medical and a valid driver’s licence.
• Relevant RII competencies or a verified training transcript from the last 5 years.
• A strong, team-oriented mindset with a flexible approach to getting the job done.
• A steadfast commitment to safety at all times.
• A willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
