Job summary

Bravus Mining & Resources is expanding its Carmichael Mine team in Queensland. We are seeking experienced operators for 400+ tonne excavators and large dozers with a strong safety mindset and a collaborative approach to shift-based duties.

Prior mining experience and current qualifications are required. FIFO flights are provided from Townsville, Rockhampton or Cairns, with camp facilities and a 7/7 roster. Success will come from teamwork, safety commitment, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience operating 400+ tonne open cut mining excavators and large mining dozers.
• RII competencies or verified training within the past 5 years.
• Current Standard 11 and valid Driver’s Licence.
• Strong commitment to safety at all times.
• Team-focused attitude and flexibility to get the job done.
• Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• $69.28 p/h ($157,612 annually) + Super paid on all rostered hours

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 12 months’ experience operating 400+ tonne large open cut mining excavators and large mining dozers

• RII competencies (or verified training transcript within the past 5 years)

• Current Standard 11 and Driver’s Licence

• Team-focused attitude and flexibility to get the job done
