Job summary

Bravus Group is seeking skilled mining operators for Carmichael Mine in regional Queensland. You will work with a modern fleet to support ramp-up production, operating Dozers and Haul Trucks with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Candidates should have at least 12 months mining experience, a current Standard 11 medical, a valid licence, and recent RII qualifications. A 7/7 roster applies with camp and travel options from Townsville, Rockhampton, and Cairns.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 12 months’ mining experience, confidently operating Dozers and Haul Trucks, plus experience with at least one of the following: Grader, Water Truck, Small Digger, or 980 Loader.
• Current Standard 11 medical and a valid driver’s licence.
• Relevant RII competencies or a verified training transcript from the last 5 years.
• A strong, team-oriented mindset with a flexible approach to getting the job done.
• A steadfast commitment to safety at all times.
• A willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
