Job summary

Basketball NSW is seeking a highly organised Program Coordinator for Full Court Respect. You will be the day-to-day contact, coordinating sessions, workshops, and audits across NSW. Partner with the Program Manager and external specialists to keep activity on time and within budget.

You'll support governance, reporting, and evidence collection for grant acquittal, while building strong relationships with associations, staff, and volunteers across two cohorts. A meaningful role in community sport.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating a program, project, or schedule with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong relationship management and service-oriented approach with member organisations and volunteers.
• Excellent organisational and time management, able to work autonomously in a part-time role.
• Comfort handling financial information, budgets and expenditure trackers.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Commitment to gender equality, inclusion, and safe environments in sport.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for Full Court Respect across 16 associations.
• Act as the primary administrative contact for the contracted Program Manager.
• Support Marketing & Communications with Theme Round and social marketing coordination.
• Maintain participation, attendance and demographic data systems and track milestones.
• Assist with progress reporting to Office of Sport and leadership teams.
• Maintain the central evidence repository for grant acquittal.
