Job summary

Basketball NSW is seeking a highly organised Program Coordinator to lead delivery and coordination of the Full Court Respect program across 16 associations in NSW. You will manage schedules, budgets, and compliance, supporting the Program Manager and external specialists to deliver education sessions and governance activities.

You will engage with a broad range of partners, maintain robust data and reporting, and ensure program activities stay on track, within budget, and acquitting funds as

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating a multi-stakeholder program.
• Strong relationship management and service orientation with member organisations.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills; able to work autonomously in a part-time role.
• Experience handling budget tracking and expenditure records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for Full Court Respect sessions, workshops, and audits across 16 associations.
• Act as the primary administrative contact for the contracted Program Manager.
• Support Marketing & Communications coordination for Theme Rounds and social campaigns.
• Maintain attendance, demographic data, and progress against milestones.
