Job summary

Little Miracles is seeking a Facilities Caretaker to join our team across the Central Coast centres. The role focuses on on-site maintenance, completing reactive and preventative tasks, and ensuring safe, well-presented environments for children and families.

Requirements include 2-5+ years in a maintenance or facilities role, ability to perform general repairs, and experience working across multiple sites. The role entails Saturday tasks and full-time hours across centres.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years' experience in a maintenance, handyman, or facilities role.
• Demonstrated ability to complete general repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Experience working across multiple sites of locations.

Responsibilities

• Complete allocated maintenance activities.
• Reactive maintenance response within agreed timeframes.
• Completion of preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintenance visibility across allocated sites.
• Identification and escalation of maintenance risks and asset concerns.
• Accurate maintenance records and task updates.
• Safe work practices and compliance with WHS requirements.
• Effective use of allocated time, tools and resources.
• Maintenance presentation standards across allocated sites.
• Communication regarding completed and outstanding work.
