Job summary

Mounties Group is seeking a proactive Facilities and Maintenance Officer to provide professional maintenance support across multiple Mounties Group sites in NSW. You will oversee repairs, electrical works under supervision, and contractor coordination to keep buildings safe, compliant, and operational for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications or demonstrated experience.
• NSW drivers license required.
• White card preferred.
• High Risk License and EWP desirable.
• ChemCert desirable.
• Confined Space desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance including repairs, patch and paint, carpentry, minor building works, and fault rectification.
• Undertake programmed and reactive maintenance across allocated sites, ensuring safety and quality.
• Carry out minor electrical works under supervision of a licensed electrician and in line with regulations.
• Accurately log, track, and close maintenance requests using approved systems.
• Inspect buildings, plant, and assets to identify defects, hazards, and service issues.
• Supervise and coordinate third‑party contractors on site for safe, compliant works.
• Ensure contractors comply with WHS inductions, permits and site procedures.
• Work with the Facilities Management team to review and improve maintenance procedures.
• Contribute to risk identification, reporting, and mitigation activities.
